Our office sees patients on an appointment basis only (no walk-ins, please!) If you have an urgent gynecological matter, please call us. Dr. Sandhu is typically available for appointments on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9am to 5pm. Wednesdays and Fridays are reserved for scheduled surgeries and procedures.

While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, we kindly ask that you have childcare arranged while you are here with us. We know that our patients' time is valuable and want to make the most of your appointment. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

Our office accepts most forms of PPO and EPO insurance plans. We only accept John Muir HMO, and Alta Bates Medical Group HMO plans. Dr. Sandhu is affiliated to John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek and John Muir Medical Center in Concord. With so many insurance plans and varied types of coverage, please contact your insurance provider and check your coverage carefully prior to receiving care.

Our office accepts payment by cash or check. If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Thank you for understanding that missed appointments not cancelled in advance may be subject to cancellation fees.

We are fragrance-free and ask that anyone visiting our office refrain from wearing scented products such as perfume, cologne, aftershave, body spray, oil, etc. Many of our patients are sensitive or allergic to such fragrances.
